Crew Management

It covers a wide range of activities related to recruitment and support crews of both officers and ratings. This includes deck and machinery positions.

Our candidates undergo a selection in the form of competence-vocational and language tests (Marlins, PI-test, CES), which allows, already at the beginning of cooperation, selection and choice of appropriate staff.

Each of our associates, moreover, is covered by a professional assistance with regard to additional training, travel and financial - administrative issues.
